DEVELOPMENT DATABASE AS A MODEL BASED INCENTIVES THE PERFORMANCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF IN ITS ENVIRONMENTAL

In this research, examines the relationship between the variables that affect the performance of work that includes presensi variable, the variable quality of work, variable working ability, and potential variables. Population for this research are all employees of the office rektorat ITS using a total sample of the population totaling 200 people. Research instruments used to use Questionnaire Design. Variables in the variables of this research is presensi, the variable quality of work, ability to work variable and variable potential. Technical analysis of data using Linear regression models necessary.
