Factors That Influence Performance of Head of Villages in Implementing Governance Tasks In Rural District Katingan of Central Kalimantan Province

Research aims: first, to know the influence of the level of education, training, motivation, work experience, attitude and culture of loyal work together against the performance of the village head in Katingan; second, to know which of the variables berpengaruhnya dominant performance against the village head at the Regency Katingan, the third to know the difference between the performance of the village head down to the junior-educated head of the village of educated above junior.
