DEVELOPMENT DATABASE AS A MODEL BASED INCENTIVES THE PERFORMANCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF IN ITS ENVIRONMENTAL

In this research, examines the relationship between the variables that affect the performance of work that includes presensi variable, the variable quality of work, variable working ability, and potential variables. Population for this research are all employees of the office rektorat ITS using a total sample of the population totaling 200 people. Research instruments used to use Questionnaire Design. Variables in the variables of this research is presensi, the variable quality of work, ability to work variable and variable potential. Technical analysis of data using Linear regression models necessary.
INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON PERFORMANCE OF SOCIAL WORKERS TO TECHNICAL SERVICE UNIT OF SOCIAL BUREAU PROVINCE EAST JAVA

This study aimed to analyze the influence of motivation Is there a work of performance against social workers, Is there a cultural organization on performance and social workers Is motivation and cultural organizations working simultaneously affect the performance of social workers.
Results of research to prove that the motivation to work and cultural organization partially affect the performance of social workers. The influence of motivation that is working against the social worker's performance is positive. This can be seen from the value of coefficients regresinya of 0444. means greater motivation to work, the social worker will perform better.
THE COMMITMENT OF POLITICAL ORGANIZATION TO WOMEN PARTICIPATION LEVELS IN EAST JAVA

Work Culture, Skills, and Commitment of Civil Bureau in Kepegawaian Regional Secretariat of East Java Province

This research, including research analytical cross-sectional design, where the population is civil in Kepegawaian Secretariat of the Regional Bureau of East Java Province totaling 156 employees ever worked with at least 2 years old. Large sample is determined by the formula n is a number of 102 employees. Therefore, the population has certain characteristics of the determination of sample done by using simple random sampling techniques. Collection of data is done using a questionnaire. Measurement of variables described in the items that statement, referring to the Likert scale, with scores range between 0 - 4. Variables in the variables of this research is free workplace culture that consists of cultural honesty (X1), cultural perseverance (X2), cultural creativity (X3), cultural discipline (x4) and cultural Ipod (X5), while the variable is the ability terikatnya (Y1) and commitment (Y2). Data analyzed using linear regression analysis of accounts (multiple regression).
The determining factors that affect family economic empowerment relate to Gerdu Taskin Program in Jombang District

This study attempted to answer the problems of research that is how perceptions influence the recipient's program, the intervention device performance and assistants to community economic empowerment Mudbidri families in the program Taskin in Jombang. To answer the problems of research, the research is intended to test the free variable and variable tied with the subject of research, namely the poor who become the target program Mudbidri Taskin 2003 in Jombang district with a sample of 201 poor households (RTM). Descriptive analysis techniques in this case, among other data through the serving table or graph. The calculation of the data by using the frequency and use of the percentage.

PLANT GROWTH AND RESULTS OF POTATOES (Solanum tuberosum L.) given Pupuk Organik fermented, Azospirillum sp., And fertilizer nitrogen in Pangalengan and Cisarua

Research was conducted to examine the response to plant potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.) to the fermented organic fertilizer with or without the inokulan Azospirillum sp. with N fertilizer and to determine the optimum dose porasi and without N fertilizer or with the input inokulan Azospirillum sp. Experiments have been conducted at two locations, namely Pangalengan, West Java, from May 2002 until September 2002 and Major Trial of PT. BioFarma, Cisarua, West Java, from June 2003 to October 2003 a field experiment.
