Influence of Working Stress On Performance and Motivation of PT. H.M. SAMPOERNA Tbk Surabaya Employees

The Goal of this research is to obtain empirical evidence, variable work stress (work conflicts, work load, time work, job characteristics, support groups and the influence of leaders) simultaneously and partial significant effect on performance motivation of workers of PT. H.M. SAMPOERNA Tbk Surabaya.
Results of this research are expected to provide additional information to stakeholders in the industry about the stress of work related to motivation and work performance of employees can be done so that efforts to reduce the stress in the workplace employees.
