MEMBERS PERCEPTION TO THE GROUP LEADER ROLES OF THE POOR COMMUNITY IN EAST BOGOR DISTRICT, BOGOR CITY

This study aims to: (1) Identifying internal and external factors of the members of the urban poor non government organization, (2) Identifying members perceptions to the role of non government organization leader of the urban poor, and (3) Clarifying relationship between internal and external factors, with members perceptions about the role of the urban poor community groups leader. Population of this research are members of community Self-Help Group (KSM) poor town in the district of Bogor East under the Urban Poverty Program (P2KP) with a total of 105 samples selected according to criteria specified groups.
